Coach Shea Lauria is passionate about helping athletes excel both physically and mentally in the game of volleyball. With 14 years of experience playing indoor and outdoor volleyball—including five at the D1 (Wichita State) and D3 (UW-Platteville) collegiate levels—she understands the importance of sports psychology in overcoming mental obstacles and performing at the highest level.
