Basketball Group Workouts

Coach Jack’s basketball training has been the highest rated in Wisconsin over the last 3 years. *He WILL be the host of these workouts*

Based on feedback from many parents, the main concern has been the lack of flexible scheduling for the fall camp. To address this, we are excited to announce a new format—Basketball Workouts—that offers greater flexibility and better value.

These basketball workouts, along with a seamless strength training schedule, will begin on September 2nd, 2024. *You can join workouts at anytime that work best for you.*

Points To Understand:
  • You have full flexibility in scheduling, as long as it aligns with the package you purchased. Your schedule doesn’t need to be the same each week. If you miss a week of training and purchased a once-a-week package, you can make up for it by doubling up the following week.
  • You get weight lifting four times and sports psych once a week with the add on membership below. You don’t have multiple memberships, you simply choose one with or without weights and sports psych. This includes 19 extra hours of training a month if you choose to add on.
  • Memberships last and reoccur per every 4 weeks.

Variable Training is a cornerstone of our methodology, setting us apart.
