Why are multiple grades listed together? Will my child be grouped with older or younger players?
Great question — and no need to worry at all.
While registration shows broader grade ranges, we intentionally separate athletes by age, gender, and skill level once camp begins. This allows us to create the best possible training environment for every athlete.
Your child will be placed with a group that matches:
Their age and grade
Their skill level
Their physical and competitive readiness
This ensures they are:
Challenged appropriately
Safe and comfortable
Able to build confidence while improving
We use the broader grade ranges during registration to keep scheduling flexible, but once athletes are in the gym, everything is organized and structured for their development.
👉 Bottom line: your athlete will be exactly where they need to be to grow and succeed.

What is the goal of Limitless Performance Summer Camp?
The goal of our summer camp is simple: help athletes actually get better. Not just more reps, not just more games, but real improvement in skill, confidence, and how they show up in competition. We train basketball and volleyball skills, we apply them in games, and we teach athletes how to handle challenges, mistakes, and pressure in a way that leads to long-term growth. This camp is built for development, not shortcuts.
K
L
Who is this camp for?
This camp is for athletes who want to improve and are willing to work. They don’t need to be elite. They don’t need years of experience. They just need to be open to learning and putting in effort. We work with beginners through advanced athletes and group them intentionally so they feel challenged without being overwhelmed.
K
L
What ages and skill levels attend?
We see a wide range of ages and experience levels every summer. Athletes are grouped by age, gender, experience, and physical development so they’re in an environment where they can grow confidently and still be pushed. Younger or newer athletes are supported, and more experienced athletes are challenged appropriately.
K
L
How many days per week should my athlete attend?
You'll have the option to choose from two days per week or four days per week. Two days per week is great for balance and consistency, while four days per week is ideal for athletes who want faster improvement and more immersion. Both options work well when athletes show up consistently and engaged.
K
L
Which days and times does camp run?
For basketball, athletes attending two days per week will follow either a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday schedule. This allows us to keep groups consistent, coaching intentional, and progress steady throughout the summer.
Based on family feedback, sessions will be offered in the morning, midday, and afternoon, with mornings being the most requested time. Projected times will be released soon. Once final numbers are set, the schedule will be optimized for flexibility while keeping group sizes manageable and training quality high. Our goal is to build a schedule that works for families and athletes while still creating the best possible training environment—and the Hold Your Spot responses are guiding that process.
For volleyball, Thursdays are typically competition days, while the other days of the week are grouped by specific skill positions.
K
L
How much does summer camp cost?
Pricing will be released soon, but families can expect prices to be slightly lower than last year. We are also offering discounted three-month options so families still get strong value even if they miss a few weeks due to vacations or summer plans. Our goal is to make long-term development affordable and flexible, not stressful.
Early bird pricing will run from mid-March through mid-May. After that, prices will increase as spots fill. We strongly encourage families to hold their spot early rather than waiting to sign up last minute, as capacity is limited and certain days and times will fill faster than others.
Projected schedules and full pricing details will be released soon.
K
L
What does a typical camp session look like?
Each session includes focused skill training, competitive games where those skills are applied, and performance-based coaching throughout. Athletes don’t just do drills for the sake of drills. They learn something, apply it in game-like situations, and get coached through it. Mental performance concepts like confidence, focus, and responding to mistakes are woven directly into training instead of taught separately or abstractly.
K
L
What makes Limitless Performance Summer Camp different?
Our summer camp is best understood as an immersive training experience, almost like a bootcamp for athletes — not in a punishing way, but in a focused and intentional one. Athletes step into a structured environment where everything is designed to work together and support long-term development.
At the same time, we understand that every family’s schedule and goals are different. That’s why sport performance and mental performance are offered as optional add-ons. They are not required to attend camp, but for families who want them, they integrate seamlessly with sport training.
These add-ons focus on strength, movement, coordination, confidence, focus, and handling pressure, and they’re designed to complement what athletes are already doing on the court. Nothing feels separate or overwhelming. Athletes who choose them simply get a more complete, connected training experience.
This flexibility allows families to choose what makes the most sense for their athlete, while still maintaining a high-quality, intentional camp environment.
K
L
How do I know if this camp is right for us?
If you’re looking for quality coaching, real development, structured training, and an environment focused on long-term improvement, this camp is a great fit. Our goal is to help athletes grow through intentional coaching, consistent structure, and meaningful reps that actually translate to games.
If you’re looking for unstructured open gym or drop-in childcare, this may not be the right option — and that’s okay. We want families here who value development and are aligned with how we coach.
To get a real feel for what camp looks like, we encourage you to check out our videos and social media below. That will give you a clear sense of the environment, coaching style, and the experience athletes are immersed in throughout the summer.
