Group Fitness
Our group fitness classes are included in the general membership, making it perfect for parents, adults, young adults, and any health enthusiast! While your young athlete trains at our camps or sessions, take the opportunity to hit the gym yourself. This membership, available for those 16 and older, grants you access to all our exercise equipment, open basketball court times, and group fitness classes. Please note that access to pickleball courts is not included. Work out at your own pace right here with us. If you’re curious about our facilities or just want to join us for a day, we also offer daily drop-ins for just $10.

Tanya Suiter
Certified Group X Trainer
Tanya has 17 years experience teaching Group Fitness Training.
She started this journey to just have fun with exercise. Over time, she took a more serious approach to it and started researching the effects fitness can have on your overall well being.
She graduated from Parker High School in 1998 and was a gymnast most of her years there. She also helped as an assistant coach for Parker gymnastics from 2016-2019.
She holds an AFAA Group X Certification, as well as, Ripped, Rumble, Piyo, Barre, Zumba, Strong, Circl Mobility and Kettlebell AMPD certifications.
Her goal is to bring more diverse fitness classes that are fun, yet challenging, that can also be effective for anyone, no matter your fitness level.
She looks forward to helping you in your fitness journey.
Jessica Balsamo
My name is Jessica Balsamo, and I have wanted to be a teacher since I was tiny. I began as an elementary school teacher in kindergarten and balanced work with my own health goals. I decided to join a gym in 2012 and enjoyed being a participant. However, participating wasn’t enough, and I became licensed to teach Zumba in 2019 and Strong Nation in 2021. Zumba is a perfect workout for everybody and anybody. It works by mixing low-intensity and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Zumba is “exercise in disguise” by making the hour so fun that you forget you’re working out. Don’t feel coordinated? Don’t worry! There is NO judgment in Zumba class. All you need to do is move, and you’ll be successful! You do not need to be a dancer to fit the class. Strong Nation is a workout that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, plyometric training moves, and martial arts, synced to music that has been specifically designed to match every move. Modifications are provided for all levels of fitness. No equipment necessary, mats are provided, but bring your own, if desired! You don’t need any prior knowledge to join the class- I will teach you everything you need. My personal philosophy is that everyone should be made to feel comfortable, successful, and satisfied with their workouts. I give 100% of myself as an instructor to achieve this. I welcome every person who walks through the door and promise them a great class. If you have questions during class, ask! If you want a different fitness level, ask! I will do whatever it takes to give you the best workout ever! All you’ll find in my class is positivity, joy, and accomplishment, so come work out with me!
