Group Fitness
Our group fitness classes are included in the general membership, making it perfect for parents, adults, young adults, and any health enthusiast! While your young athlete trains at our camps or sessions, take the opportunity to hit the gym yourself. This membership, available for those 16 and older, grants you access to all our exercise equipment, open basketball court times, and group fitness classes. Please note that access to pickleball courts is not included. Work out at your own pace right here with us. If you’re curious about our facilities or just want to join us for a day, we also offer daily drop-ins for just $10.

Jessica Balsamo
Jessica Balsamo has had a passion for teaching since childhood, starting as a kindergarten teacher before expanding into fitness. She joined a gym in 2012, became a licensed Zumba instructor in 2019, and added Strong Nation certification in 2021.
Her Zumba classes blend low- and high-intensity moves for a fun, calorie-burning dance workout—no dance experience needed! Strong Nation offers a high-energy mix of body weight, cardio, and plyometric training synced to music, with modifications for all fitness levels.
Jessica’s goal is to make every participant feel comfortable, successful, and energized. With a welcoming, judgment-free atmosphere, she’s committed to providing the best workout possible. Come move, have fun, and feel accomplished in her class!
Tanya Suiter
Certified Group X Trainer
Tanya Suiter has been teaching Group Fitness for 17 years, starting her journey for fun before diving into the deeper benefits of exercise on overall well-being. A former gymnast and Parker High School graduate (Class of 1998), she also coached Parker gymnastics from 2016-2019.
She holds multiple certifications, including AFAA Group X, Ripped, Rumble, Piyo, Barre, Zumba, Strong, Circl Mobility, and Kettlebell AMPD. Tanya’s goal is to offer diverse, fun, and challenging fitness classes suitable for all levels. She’s excited to support you on your fitness journey!
