    The goal of Athletic Performance Training is to improve performance and reduce the opportunity for injury. The variety of methods include core training, resistance training, speed development, and dynamic flexibility. Training programs are designed to increase the athlete’s strength, speed, agility, flexibility, conditioning, and explosiveness, all important components in the developing a complete athlete.

    My son has trained with Limitless Performance for 5 years now. He has done the summer camp, one on one lessons and the mindset training! All have exceeded my expectations! I will say my biggest and most impressive takeaway is it’s not a money grab. After a big event Jack will personally check in and see how it went, he will also message myself to see how he is doing he genuinely cares about him. Dawson is a kid who is very hard on himself and holds himself to a high standard. When things didn’t go his way he used to have reactions on the field, court . Hands would go up, was always someone else’s fault.
    He has completely worked through that! Jack has helped him with tips and tricks to let go of that disappointment/ anger without anyone else having a clue. No one wants to talk about this stuff, but it’s real life there is a lot of pressure put on young athletes and just like working on physical skills, mental training is equally if not more important! This summer he chose to do one on one training versus the camps and he has gained so much confidence himself! It’s been amazing watching this transformation occur. He is taking and making shots he wouldn’t have even attempted before!

    There are gyms and there are good gyms. Limitless is a great Gym. Its a great place to blow off steam and put in the work. I have had the pleasure of working with Amy for months and I am always learning something new and growing. Its more then just a workout routine for her and as someone looking for a life long practice she lines right up with that mentality. She always goes the extra mile and always has time for my needs. I can throw anything at her and she always takes the time to be sure I understand it. I have talked with the owners and both Brad and Jack are absolute legends.     My 10 year old son has had 2 classes so far with Coach Jack this summer. I also attended these classes with my son.  It’s amazing in just two classes how much of a mindset change I can see in my child.  He’s focusing on living more in the “present,” not only in home life but as well in sports.
