This crucial stage is all about developing essential neuromuscular patterns and laying the groundwork for athletic skills. Under the expert guidance of our professional trainers Brad & Baily, participants will enhance their coordination, flexibility, and running patterns. They’ll also learn the basics of weight training and safety. Our program focuses on the fundamentals of acceleration, deceleration, and directional changes, preparing them for more advanced athletic challenges. This training not only aims to boost their current abilities but also builds a foundation to make them more resistant to injuries. Continuous training in this age group can lead to lasting and positive changes in their athletic performance.

Team Athletic Training Membership (Under 16 Years Old)

The Advanced Athletic Training class encompasses sports specific training and combines high intensity strength training, acceleration, deceleration and change in direction work with powerlifting. If you want to be a better athlete and reduce your chances for injury Advanced Athletic Training is for you. We’ve helped 1000’s of local athlete’s step-up their game by developing higher power & speed outputs while becoming injuries resistant. Our Athletic Training Classes provide endless combinations of athletic skill training so competing in the game is effortless. In addition, focus on Strength and Power increases with moderate and heavy loads to optimize power output.
