What is Slow Flow Yoga?
Slow Flow Yoga is a slower-paced yoga style where you hold poses a little longer. It’s perfect for beginners to intermediate level participants.

My name is Tracy Grover and Ive been a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2007. I’ve worked in clinics and in the schools and love teaching people how to heal themselves from injuries or teaching them ways to help their bodies feel better. I started doing yoga in 2015 and fell in love with it. As someone who has been very active my whole life and a bit hyper, (my friends would say:))it’s helped me feel grounded and also helped my body feel better.I became a Certified Yoga Instructor in 2020 and I wanted my yoga to focus on the things that I saw in the Physical Therapy world that could help people outside of the clinic/schools, so my classes are based on that with some good music. I love teaching people and getting them to see the benefits yoga can provide for them as well as meeting new people! A main factor in longevity is mobility, so come join me on mat and see how yoga can help you physically and mentally!
