Our camps seamlessly blend skills training with league play, enabling participants to apply learned techniques in live game scenarios. Camp Structure & Options

You must hold your spot before May 9th 2025 to receive roughly 10% off prices you see below:

Twice a Week – Sport ONLY

$320/per month

  • Participants engage in their chosen sport (basketball or volleyball) twice a week, focusing on skill development and gameplay.
  • 1.5 hours sport skills & games sessions TWICE a week.
  • Hold your spot by paying a $50 non-refundable deposit (applied toward camp purchase).
  • If you don’t hold your spot before May 9th 2025, this product will cost $360 per month.

Two Times a Week – Sport AND Weights

$440/per 4 weeks

  • Combines sport-specific training with weight sessions to enhance athletic performance.
  • 1.5 hours sport skills & games sessions TWICE a week.
  • 45min – 1 hour of weight training (FOUR times a week).
  • Hold your spot by paying a $50 non-refundable deposit (applied toward camp purchase).
  • If you don’t hold your spot before May 9th 2025, this product will cost $480 per month.

Four Times a Week – Sport AND Weights

$560/per month

  • An all inclusive program for athletes aiming for the maximum development.
  • 1.5 hours sport skills & games sessions FOUR times a week.
  • 45min – 1 hour of weight training (FOUR times a week).
  • Hold your spot by paying a $50 non-refundable deposit (applied toward camp purchase).
  • If you don’t hold your spot before May 9th 2025, this product will cost $640 per month.

Are There any Co-Ed Sessions? (Basketball)

Yes, both genders participate in the same blocks for basketball. Skills training occurs on two full courts, while games and league play are separated by age, skill, and gender.

The first day of camp includes evaluations to create balanced teams, ensuring maximum growth and competition.

What Does The Basketball Curriculum Look Like?

Month 1: June 9th – July 3rd

    • Basketball Focus: Shooting techniques, emphasizing the most crucial skill in the game to ensure players can implement it throughout the camp.

Month 2: July 7th – July 31st

    • Basketball Focus: Constraints-Led Approach (CLA) to skill training. CLA is a modern method that fosters rapid player development by creating game-like scenarios, enhancing adaptability and decision-making.

Month 3: August 4th – August 28th

    • Basketball Focus: Team play, covering defensive strategies and offensive movement to boost basketball IQ and empower players.
  • Choose league play days: Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday.
  • All genders and skill levels are integrated for 3v3 gameplay, with teams divided based on age, skill, and gender to ensure balanced competition.
  • Standings are tracked throughout the camp, culminating in a "playoff week" filled with games and competition.

Coaching Background

Coach Shea has been immersed in the volleyball world for 14 years. She has played at both the Division I and Division III levels and has experience in the USA Olympic pipeline, as well as outdoor beach volleyball. Her extensive volleyball background fuels her passion for sharing the knowledge she has gained throughout her playing career.

Camp Setup

We have designed our camps to maximize player development by organizing groups based on position. This allows for a higher number of reps each week and position-specific coaching. Throughout the week, you’ll refine your skills in preparation for game day on Thursday! This structure ensures that you not only improve in your position and learn new techniques but also apply them in a competitive setting. By the time the school season arrives, you’ll be ready to step onto the court as your best self!

To level up your game, you have to train at a higher level! Our coaches create a competitive, fast-paced environment that instills grit and determination in all athletes.
