I can't express enough how grateful I am for the incredible support and guidance I've received from Brad at Limitless Performance. I've been with them since 8th grade, and with Brad's knowledge and mentorship, I've evolved into the best athlete I could possibly be. His expertise and dedication have played a pivotal role in my journey, leading me to play Division 1 baseball. Not only did his guidance help me excel on the field, but it also kept me injury-free, enabling me to perform at my peak every single day. This was a fun and well organized camp! The coaches did a fantastic job of pointing out strengths as well as areas that can be improved.
We are SO happy with the progress our son has made through CTG. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable but more importantly, they CARE about the kids and want to see them succeed! They make learning fun with the 3v3 camps by incorporating playing time with lessons. I can’t say enough good things about CTG, we will continue to enroll!
My daughter had a great time at the winter camp. She really enjoyed being able to learn new skills and strategies in a smaller group setting, which she found really helpful. It allowed her to get more practice time and focused coaching. She loved the camp and will definitely be back! Highly recommend to any volleyball players wanting to improve their skills, she had a great time!

My daughter absolutely loved Coach Shea's sessions! Shea's volleyball knowledge and talent translated well into her direction and feedback on the court. She gave feedback on nearly every touch and used drills that really helped my daughter make necessary changes and improvements to her game. In just 5 short weeks with Shea, she saw great improvements and has so much excitement and drive for the season ahead!
My daughter started lessons with Coach Jack at Close The Gate Integral (formerly CTG Hoops) and I can’t say enough good things. She sometimes gets nervous to try new things out of fear of embarrassment, but the way Jack sets the foundation of his lessons and instills the message about learning from mistakes gives her the confidence to give it her all without worrying about messing up. I love how the sessions incorporate life lessons like goal setting and preaching about mindset and becoming a better version of yourself. If your kiddo needs a confidence boost and some really amazing role models, look no further than CTG. We are only two lessons in and the way this positive experience has translated off the court makes my mama heart so dang happy. Thank you, Jack!
My 7 year old participated in this camp for 9 weeks over the summer and has grown so much! She has learned so many basic fundamentals and has developed the drive for defense. The coaches did a great job of making the camp both informative as well as fun for the kids. They did as much coaching as teaching to the kids! They do a great job of helping the kids to work together as a team, but also make sure each of the kids gets a little one on one attention while doing their drills. Highly recommend their camps!
