How Do I Start?

All you have to do is sign up and register for the package that best fits your child. Then, show up to 3410 Bell Street Janesville WI according to the grade and skill level listed in the schedule above.

On your child’s first day, arrive 15 minutes early so you have time to get settled and find what you need. You’ll check in at the front desk for each session, and on the first day you’ll receive your scan card for future check-ins.

To save time, you can purchase a membership, sign the waiver, and create your account online before coming in. That way, all you have to do is show up and start training!

How Long Does My Membership Go For?

Your membership will continue until you notify the front desk or update our system to stop it. If you forget and your membership renews, please reach out to support@limitlessperformancewi.com for any billing issues. Please note, a $30 late fee will be charged for missed or overdue payments. Memberships reoccur every 4 weeks!

What If I Can't Make Certain Times?

No problem! Your child can move up or down in age groups or even double up on blocks if their skill level provides the opportunity. However, if you are a third grader trying to train with 6th–8th graders, this is where we draw the line. If your child falls in the “grey area” between groups, it may still be possible — you’ll just need to reach out to Coach Jack first to get approval.

What Makes Limitless Different?

At Limitless, our basketball training goes far beyond simple drills or memorized moves. The bottom line is this: what actually creates in-game performance? It’s not about looking good in practice — it’s about translating training into results when it matters most.

We use our Quartered Basketball Training Curriculum, which blends two key elements:

  • Skill Enhancement & Movement Fundamentals – We emphasize body control, muscle memory, and foundational skills. Examples include laser-focused shooting mechanics and footwork mats that provide athletes with positioning points to reinforce proper feedback.

  • Constraints-Led Training (CLA) – Instead of rehearsing predictable drills, players are placed in game-like situations where they don’t know what will happen next. We call this Variable Training. It forces athletes to make real-time reads, decisions, and adjustments — just like in a live game.

Coach Jack participated in an internship under NBA skills trainer Drew Hanlen and combines those experiences with Micah Lancaster’s laser focus on movement fundamentals through his Drill Mats. This gives athletes the best of both worlds — intensity, detail, and game application. At Limitless, it’s about finding balance, not going to the extreme on either side of the training spectrum.

At the end of the day, though, Coach Jack is an extension of the previous founder of CTG — what the company used to be known as. After his father, Tony Huml, passed away in 2020, Coach Jack took over the business with a mission to continue his father’s legacy: teaching the game the right way, producing real in-game results, and using sports as a vehicle to instill life skills that last far beyond basketball.

This unique approach ensures that players don’t just learn skills — they learn how to apply them under pressure, making them more confident, adaptable, and effective in real games.

How Do You Decide What You Do Each Day?

Our approach is holistic and flexible. Each session is “quartered” based on the players who show up and the needs of that specific group. Using our Limit Breaker Notebook, we define priorities and goals for every athlete, making sure training is purposeful and tailored.

Coach Jack adapts sessions to balance skill work, decision-making, athletic movement, and mental growth — adjusting the mix depending on the group. We’re not just focused on what happens inside the gym; our goal is for players to leave every session knowing exactly what they can work on at home to keep improving.

At Limitless, we’re here to empower athletes. Real change happens when kids take ownership of their own training and start pushing themselves outside of our sessions — that’s when growth multiplies.

A Deeper Breakdown of Philosophy

At Limitless, we believe in building players from the ground up — not just with hard work, but with smart, intentional training. Our philosophy combines skill development, athletic performance, and decision-making so athletes can actually translate their training into live games. Every drill, every rep, and every progression has a purpose.

Success starts with the heart and mind. Before players can master skills, they must learn focus, consistency, and belief. We train athletes to build healthy self-talk and confidence, develop habits of discipline and effort, and understand that growth comes through challenges, not shortcuts.

Basketball is a movement-based sport, so we build players into better movers first — stronger, faster, more balanced, and more reactive. Training emphasizes coordination, balance, body control, strength and mobility in the feet, knees, and hips, as well as explosiveness, redirection, and agility.

We then progress skills in the right sequence — laying a strong foundation before stacking on more advanced layers. This includes footwork such as quadruple threat positioning, stops, skips, and split drops; ball handling and passing that move from basic ball control to manipulations, exchanges, and precision passing; finishing from one-foot and two-foot to slow, fast, and variable finishes under pressure; and shooting with attention to form, mechanics, release speed, and shooting in unpredictable situations.

Basketball is not about isolated skills — it’s about connecting them and applying them in the flow of the game. That’s why we focus on creating space through pace and angles, off-ball movement like cuts and screens, and refining timing, stride length, and decision-making between dribbles.

This all comes together in what makes Limitless unique: Variable Training. Most training is pre-planned — players know the drill, the move, and the outcome. But games aren’t like that. In our approach, players face non-pre-planned scenarios where they must read, react, and decide on the spot. This turns skills into instincts rather than memorized moves.

Finally, we emphasize defense, effort, and compete level just as much as offense. Body language, intensity, and defensive fundamentals are built into every session so athletes grow into complete competitors.

The result is simple: players don’t just learn drills — they learn how to play the game. Our training creates confident, adaptable athletes who can perform under pressure, make the right decisions, and truly impact their teams.

What Does The Limit Breaker Notebook Have To Do With Training?

The Limit Breaker Notebook is designed to help players take ownership of their growth both on and off the court. It’s not just about basketball — it’s about teaching kids how to set missions instead of just goals, understand their why, and track their daily habits and reflections.

The notebook helps athletes:

  • Define their priorities and mission so training has purpose.

  • Build confidence through positive self-talk and reflection.

  • Learn that performances don’t define them — who they become through the process does.

  • Leave each session knowing exactly what to work on at home to keep improving.

Our goal is simple: to empower players. When kids start training themselves — not because a coach tells them to, but because they want to — that’s when the real change begins.

Our PRIVATE Training

Please contact Coach Jack at 608-201-7384 if you are interested in private training. Coach Jack only recommends private training if you're focused on changing muscle memory/growing skill movement patterns for individuals or enhancing team chemistry through private group sessions. In most cases, our weekly skills clinics/ camps offer greater growth. Why? First, you’ll spend more time with Coach Jack, and second, you’ll compete against real defenders. Practicing against the air won’t translate to real in-game results unless we need to change muscle memory!
