- An all-inclusive program for athletes aiming for maximum development.

Camp Schedule
Month 1: June 9th – July 3rd | Month 2: July 7th – July 31st | Month 3: August 4th – August 28th | *Grade your child is going into for the 2025-2026 school year*
Important Details
- Session Duration:Â All sports sessions are 1.5 hours, balancing skill development and gameplay.
- Weight Training:Â Sessions last 45 minutes to 1 hour and are complemented by sports psychology classes.
- Sports Psychology Add-On:Â Available for $40 per month, includes four classes led by Coach Jack, whose innovative methods through meditation have garnered over 25,000 podcast downloads.

Coaching Background
Coach Shea has been immersed in the volleyball world for 14 years. She has played at both the Division I and Division III levels and has experience in the USA Olympic pipeline, as well as outdoor beach volleyball. Her extensive volleyball background fuels her passion for sharing the knowledge she has gained throughout her playing career.
Camp Setup
We have designed our camps to maximize player development by organizing groups based on position. This allows for a higher number of reps each week and position-specific coaching. Throughout the week, you’ll refine your skills in preparation for game day on Thursday! This structure ensures that you not only improve in your position and learn new techniques but also apply them in a competitive setting. By the time the school season arrives, you’ll be ready to step onto the court as your best self!

To level up your game, you have to train at a higher level! Our coaches create a competitive, fast-paced environment that instills grit and determination in all athletes.
